There is no standalone "Trainz CDP Converter" software. The term is a misnomer for the installation process.

Modern Trainz versions compile images into a compressed .texture format. If your CDP converter extracts a .texture file instead of a standard image, you will need a secondary utility like (by PEVsoft) to convert the proprietary texture file into a viewable TGA or PNG format for editing.
