The UNIC UC40 is a legacy "white label" product. After its discontinuation, official support for generic projectors like this often disappears. Additionally, the UC40 platform has been reused by many other brands (e.g., Eleoption, Andoer, Uvistar). This makes it very difficult to track down a single source of truth for software updates.
The Unic UC40 does not natively support Dolby Digital (AC3) audio. If your video has video but no audio, change the audio output setting on your input device (like your laptop or TV stick) to PCM or Stereo .
